Distilled in 1999, this rum has been patiently aged under the guidance of three successive Master Blenders for a quarter of a century, developing remarkable depth.
Nose : A refined bouquet where vanilla intertwines with tart cherry and oak. Subtle hints of sea salt add depth, and, enhanced by caramel, blend with citrus zest and a hint of dark chocolate.
Palate : A full-bodied, harmonious texture. Raisins and toffee balance perfectly with cinnamon and toasted nuts. Notes of orange, nutmeg, cocoa, and gingerbread linger on the palate, underscored by a hint of salted caramel.
