Aged in Château Carbonnieux wine casks, Dock 1 is the result of a prolonged ageing period applied to the classic 3-year-old single malt, creating a more structured whisky with a stronger wood influence.

Palate : Bold and balanced, marked by cereals and red fruits
Overall : Elegantly tannic, a nod to its wine-cask maturation; the finish brings added length and complexity, with spicier notes from the Carbonnieux barrel
