In order to extract all the aromas of the delicate elderflowers, the production of Fifrelet de Merlet follows a precise process. First, the flowers are infused into a hot watery infusion, then the refreshed tea is stabilized with a super-fine alcohol. This is followed by blending with fruit infusions (pear and lychee macerated in super-fine alcohol).
