Combier's historical stills are perfect to produce this gin in one single distillation, with all ingredients distilled together. The recipe contains juniper berries, coriander, lemon zest, orris root, cubebe, licorice and two ingredients locally sourced in the Loire Valley: rose petals and elderflower.
