Aged for several months in barrels previously used to make champagne, this sake is exceptionally refined. On the palate, it reveals a beautiful freshness, with slightly smoky, oxidative and apricot notes. Serve between 6 and 12°C with chicken with chanterelle mushrooms, bonito tataki or 18-month-old Comté cheese.
