Produced at the Mars Tsunuki Distillery, located in Japan’s southern mountains, Tsunuki single malts embody the region’s rich history and unique climate. Founded in 2016, the distillery draws on over a century of experience. Mt. Kurata spring water flows here, making up the body of our spirits, and the warm regional climate deepens the flavors of our whiskies. The 2025 Edition offers a delicate yet complex flavor profile, refined by aging in carefully chosen bourbon and Sherry casks. Its smooth, well-rounded taste reflects meticulous craftsmanship and dedication to tradition, offering a truly unique experience for whisky enthusiasts.

Nose : Unfolds with an inviting bouquet of orchard fruits, where ripe pear and crisp apple mingle with a touch of dried apricot. A delicate honeyed sweetness is complemented by soft floral undertones, adding an elegant complexity.

Palate : A harmonious balance of rich maltiness and oaky depth. Notes of toasted almonds and caramelized sugar enhance the whisky’s smoothness, while gentle hints of baking spice (cinnamon and nutmeg )add warmth.

Overall : Long and refined, with lingering flavors of malted barley and a faint citrus zest that invigorates the senses, leaving a sophisticated, crisp aftertaste.
