Peaty Dernier is a peated breath, subtly smoky, carried by three cereals – barley, wheat, and buckwheat – and four French distilleries. On the nose, a light dance of ripe fruits, warm grains, eucalyptus, and licorice. On the palate, the texture is supple and elegant, crossed by gentle wisps of smoke.
