LONGUETEAU Prelude Batch 12

Prélude is part of the Longueteau HARMONIE collection. The Longueteau HARMONIE collection is the result of a blend of several vintages carefully selected by the cellar master to create the perfect match. Like an orchestra conductor, he combines the aromatic palettes of the different rums, so that this marriage of unique and bewitching notes results in the most beautiful of sounds. While preserving the identity of the sugar cane, each cuvée (Prélude, Symphonie, Concerto) seeks a singular profile, revealing the different facets of the maturation of the rums, through their passage in ex-cognac barrels, new oak barrels, or both. These bottlings are made in small numbered batches (1400 bottles for each batch) and are systematically bottled in brut de fût for all the vintages. The degrees of the vintages will naturally vary according to the batch. Prélude is a blend of agricultural rums aged in French oak barrels - low toast / fine grain.
