Nose : chaud et intense. D'une expressivité rare, il révèle des notes de frangipane sur fond de tourbe grasse et d'iode. A l'aération, des sentiers parsemés de mûres, de cerises noires et de pommes à cidre invitent au vagabondage et mènent à des chemins forestiers (fougère, cèdre).
Overall : longue et sèche, elle évoque un café arabica parfumé à la cardamome. Des notes de réglisse, de pignon de pin et de marron grillé parachèvent ce délice pâtissier et fumé.
