This French Single Malt Whiskey is made exclusively from French spring barley. Distilled in a Cognac-style pot still, it undergoes a rigorous aging process. It is initially aged in 400-liter Sessile oak Cognac barrels, followed by a double maturation of 15 months in American white oak barrels. The entire aging process takes place at Château de la Sauzaie, located in La Rochelle, guaranteeing a distinctive aromatic complexity.
