This French Single Malt Whiskey is made entirely from French spring barley. Its production is rooted locally, with malting carried out in Charente-Maritime. It is carefully distilled in a Cognac-style pot still.
Its profile is shaped by initial aging in 400-liter Sessile oak Cognac barrels, followed by a double maturation period of 24 months in oak barrels that previously contained Moscatel white wine. The entire aging process takes place at Château de la Sauzaie in La Rochelle.
