Nose : Fruity and smoky. Notes of fresh fruit, apricot and pear in particular, complement the subtle smoky sweetness of the peat.
Palate : Woody and fruity. Strong notes of toasted oak, juicy and sweet fresh fruits and spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg.
Overall : Spicy and smoky. Crystallized ginger, citrus oil and light lingering smoke.
