Made from Hyōgo-grown Yamada Nishiki rice, this exceptional sake is a blend of long-aged cuvées, matured between 5 and 21 years. The nose offers deep aromas of dried fruits, nuts, and caramel. On the palate, it is broad and silky, with a refined sweetness and rare umami concentration.　An irresistible aroma of caramelized sugar.
