Le Malt is the first batched Single Malt in the Version Française range. It is a single malt resulting from an ancestral know-how. Distilled in Alsace, Le Malt us then aged in bourbon, banyuls and sherry casks, before being blended to produce a floral and gourmet whisky.
Nose : Floral. Pear, hazelnut, bergamot orange, white flowers and white peach.
Palate : Fruity and spicy. Cinnamon, nectarine, licorice and Golden apple.
Overall : Rich. Tarte tatin, sweet spices, lilac, pear in syrup and chlorophyll.
