GLENCADAM 14 years 2011 Muscat Finish B.Bros

From the north of Scotland to the south coast of England, Spring Release 2023 from independent bottler Berry Bros. & Rudd showcases the wealth and breadth of distilling talent to be found on British shores. A final year of maturation in sweet wine casks has brought out the playful fruitiness of this delicious Glencadam. Apricots, peaches, orange blossom and honeyed yoghurt waft from the glass, resulting in a wonderfully refreshing nose. The palate is gloriously thick, bringing more bright fruit as well as mango syrup, mellow dried pineapple and a hint of drying wood varnish. The whole is enveloped by new notes of fruit syrup on the finish. This single malt is remarkably fresh and floral.
