Founded in 1810 near Forres in Speyside, Glenburgie is renowned for the finesse of its spirit and its distinctly fruit-driven character. Orchard fruits, floral notes and a delicately waxy texture form its signature, gaining depth through extended maturation. After several decades, the spirit develops layers of ripe fruit, honey and spice while retaining remarkable elegance. Selected by Signatory Vintage, this 1995 vintage aged 30 years received a finish in a 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry cask. Drier and more structured than Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso brings walnut, dried fruit, cocoa and spice, adding further depth to the whisky’s mature character. The result is a generous finish that complements Glenburgie’s age while preserving its fruit-driven and waxy identity.
