Based in Forbach in East Moselle, the Galibot brewery specialises in making bottom-fermented beers (Lagers), which require precision, time and expertise. With Pils de Schoeneck, the brewery draws its inspiration from the Black Forest. This Pilsner, the flagship Czech and German style of the lager family, is brewed with soft water to bring out the floral and herbaceous aromas of the hops. It has a brilliant golden colour and a persistent head. The bitterness remains subtle, giving way to a toasty, honeyed finish. A precise, multi-medal-winning beer that's a perfect accompaniment to the simplest meals all year round.
