FOURSQUARE Sassafras

Sassafras is the seventh bottling born of the partnership between Luca Gargano and Richard Seale, which began in 2016. It is a blend of rums distilled in two different ways: in a double pot still on one side and using a traditional Coffey column on the other. This blend rested in bourbon barrels bourbon casks for 3 years before ageing for a further 11 years in casks previously used for cognac at the Foursquare distillery. Bottled without reduction, Sassafras is faithful to the distillery's principles and methods.
