FAIR Açai

Fair Açaï is made from acai berries from the Amazon rainforest of Brazil, a superfood rich in antioxidants and fiber. An acai distillate is first made, then a slow reduction is produced by adding fair liquid sugar, fiber and demineralized water for perfect balance. It's a liqueur that can be used for an Açaï Martini, or to replace a dark fruit liqueur such as blackcurrant or blackberry liqueur.
