To be considered as a Provencal, you have to be part of the legendary ritual of drinking Pastis. As a testimony to this tradition, Eyguebelle decided to produce a premium Pastis. The recipe is a combination of Provencal art of living and monastic savoir fair that creates a prodigious marriage between plant aromatic extracts. Produced with more than 10 different carefully selected spices and plants, Eyguebelle Pastis traditional taste should be cherished by ‘apéro’ lovers.
Mixed with water, Eyguebelle pastis reveals a creamy white color. Anise appears first on the nose followed by licorice notes and a great herbal freshness. Then cardamom and cinnamon. Anise and licorice are dominant on the palate generating freshness and a thirst-quenching feeling. The alcohol is discrete. Cinnamon, nutmeg and clove notes open at the end.
