Nose : On the nose, aniseed is the first aroma to emerge, followed by notes of liquorice and a lovely herbal freshness. Next come cardamom and cinnamon.
Palate : On the palate, aniseed and liquorice dominate. It offers great freshness and a thirst-quenching sensation. The alcohol is subtle.
Overall : The finish features cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
