EDRADOUR 6 years 2020 No°1 - 1st Fill PX HHD

Founded in 1825 in Pitlochry, in the heart of the Highlands, Edradour has cultivated a distinctive identity for two centuries, built around small-scale production and a particularly rich, textured spirit. Edradour No. 1 refers to the distillery’s original production unit, whose generous, malty and full-bodied style provides an ideal foundation for sherry cask maturation. Distilled in 2020 and aged for 6 years, this expression matured in 1st Fill Pedro Ximénez Hogsheads. The intensity of the PX complements the natural weight of the spirit with layers of dried and dark fruits, chocolate and spice. Despite its youth, the whisky displays impressive concentration, driven by a dense texture and distinctly indulgent character.
