This Edradour 2015 was fully matured in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask and bottled as a special edition celebrating the distillery’s 200th anniversary. This Highland single malt showcases all the richness and indulgence typical of sweet sherry maturation. With its deep mahogany colour, it offers a dense and opulent profile where the sweetness of dried fruits harmonises beautifully with the malt’s natural depth. Founded in 1825 near Pitlochry, Edradour is one of Scotland’s smallest distilleries, renowned for its artisanal charm and generous style.
