To mark this occasion, The Shed Distillery unveils a limited-edition ceramic release: Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin – Ceramic Bottle Horse Edition. Born from the boundless imagination of PJ Rigney, this Irish gin, distilled in majestic copper pot stills, elegantly blends oriental botanicals discovered throughout his travels with local ingredients from the wild landscapes of Drumshanbo. It features, among others, angelica and orris root, caraway, cardamom, coriander, Chinese lemon, kaffir lime, and Gunpowder green tea — the distillery’s signature botanical. Ever driven by a spirit of adventure, PJ Rigney has journeyed across the globe — from the misty wilds of Ireland to the mountains of Macedonia, and on to China’s Zhejiang province.
