Since 1997, Maurice de Mandelaëre has farmed the ten hectares of his vineyard using biodynamics. Certified Demeter and Ecocert, the Bas-Armagnacs he produces are in his own image: sincere and jovial. Particularly fruity, delicately floral and deliciously rustic, the aromatic and flavour profile of this release also shines through the finesse of its texture, which in more ways than one recalls that of one of the greatest Speyside malts: Linkwood.
