Organic, vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free, it is distinguished by a delicious and flavourful aromas of blackcurrent and forest fruits enhanced with menthol and pepper notes which finally ends with a well balanced bitterness. It can be served with tonic, in cocktails but also drunk neat over ice, or even for cooking to spice up a choux pastry or a chocolate fondant. Suitable for both a personal or professional use. Can be kept for several years after opening without loss of flavor at ambient temperature.
Nose : Fresh and fruity, with notes of blackcurrant and wild berries.
Palate : A tangy attack carried by the sweetness of blueberry and enhanced by deliciously peppery notes.
Overall : The finish is fruity and minty, with a lovely bitterness.
