The selection of 12 plants and spices takes you on a journey through the gardens of the Distillerie de l'Òrt. The thyme, rosemary, oregano, lavender and juniper plants are organically grown on the farm. Spices such as pink pepper, cardamom and citrus fruits come from organic farming partners. Unique in France, this gin is distilled in a solar-heated still!

Nose : Surprised by a cloud of frozen lemon, followed by thyme and oregano on a juniper mattress, then notes of lavender and grapefruit. There are also sweet notes of orange blossoms and a hint of green pepper.
Palate : Juniper and lime opens up the palate to follow by spring flowers, fresh grass and lavender sweets.
Overall : The experience ends with the voluptuousness of freshly cut rosemary blended with cardamom.
