The fifth release since the distillery’s founding in 2024, this gin highlights a precise use of Habanero pepper: the distillation removes the heat while preserving aromas of red pepper, fruit, and a subtle smoky touch.
These notes are balanced by the smooth sweetness of honey and the green character of fig leaves, with hints of coconut. The result is a bold and aromatic gin, versatile enough to replace tequila or mezcal in many cocktails.
Made exclusively from French botanicals (juniper, coriander, angelica, iris), it reflects a high level of artisanal craftsmanship. Inspired by the Marseille Tarot, La Force symbolizes control and inner strength—perfectly echoing a spirit that is powerful yet refined.
Nose : Red bell pepper and distilled chili fruit, light honey, fig leaf.
Palate : The fruity sweetness of the chili without the heat, the sweetness of the honey, a delicate and original harmony.
