Born from a one-of-a-kind process, Le Fumé is a handcrafted spirit made from organically grown sesame seeds—carefully selected, roasted, and then delicately smoked. This unique treatment reveals an intense and complex aromatic profile, blending warmth, roundness, and character. On the nose, deep notes of wood fire, toasted grains, and dried fruits emerge. On the palate, the opening is broad and almost oily, combining roasted and subtly briny flavors with a gently wooded vegetal undertone. The finish is long and persistent, evoking the elegance of a peated single malt—without a single drop of barley.
