This series pays homage to the Celtic calendar also known as the Celtic Wheel of the year: each release marks a very special festival celebrated since pre-Christian times in Ireland and still today on the Dingle Peninsula. The second whiskey in this series is called Bride, which celebrates the arrival of warmer and longer days, marking the first signs of spring. Matured in first-fill bourbon barrels before a long finish in ex-Rye barrels, the result is particularly warm, with a certain pastry side.

Nose : Round and pastry chef. Notes of honey, crushed raspberries, pastry cream, biscuits, icing sugar on a donut and butterscotch.

Palate : Spicy and vegetal. Profusion of mixed spices and herbs, soft caramel, crystallized ginger and chopped mint.

Overall : Fruity and warm. Notes of toffee, fruit and spices.
