Nose : It is a festival of exceptional aromas: cinnamon, clove, vanilla, spices, and dried fruits (walnut) mingle in that inimitable cigar box bouquet which characterises certain very old eaux-de-vie.
Palate : A perfect balance between aromas and a smoothness that remains well-structured.
Overall : To fully appreciate the complexity of this Cognac, it is best enjoyed neat. However, adding an ice cube can present this exceptional spirit in a new light and reveal unexpected aromatic nuances.
