Founded in 1967, the Clynelish distillery was built a stone's throw from the old distillery, renamed Brora in 1969 and which reopened in 2021 after 38 years of inactivity. The single malt it produces, used in the famous Johnnie Walker blend, of which it is one of the aromatic pillars, is also extremely appreciated for its unique "waxy" character. Selected from the Gordon & Macphail trading house, this extremely complex version, both rustic and maritime, cannot be summed up in a single tasting comment. Carried by a breath of fresh air, it sets sail towards constantly reinvented olfactory and gustatory lands.
