Closer to the producer

Founded in 2023 by Brice Noinski, at the heart of Auvergne, Distillerie Cérès celebrates the flora of the Massif Central. The juniper berries, flowers, herbs, and roots selected to craft the two gins, aperitif and gentian liqueur originate from a local cooperative of organic gatherers. Beyond mirroring the terroir and honoring its biodiversity,
the creations of Distillerie Cérès also support the local economy. Equipped with a hybrid copper still, it aims to extract the finest essence from these raw materials.
