Nose : Rich, deep. A mix of wholegrain mustard, creosote, diesel, heated asphalt, embers, iodine tincture, balm, incense... The aromatic profile is also oily (olive, walnut), floral (wild geranium), and spicy (Cayenne pepper).

Appearance : Vieil or soutenu.

Palate : Crisp, lively. With a very strong personality, the flavor profile is both exotic (mango, guava), terpene-rich (lava), nobly spiced (cardamom), mineral (basalt), and heady (iris concrete). Then, like an ointment, essential oils (thyme, rosemary, savory) gradually envelop the palate.

Overall : Long, silky. With a particularly voluptuous texture reminiscent of taffeta, the tasting experience builds in intensity towards even more tarry, asphalt-like, and heady notes (lavender, lilac). Over time, warm cane sugar pours onto the palate.
