A batch of new American oak barrels from the Caol Ila distillery was carefully selected by Oliver Chilton, Master Blender at Elixir Distillers, to create this single malt distilled in 2016 and aged for 9 years.
The Single Malts of Scotland Small Batch range is bottled in small batches of 3 to 10 casks. Each bottling reveals the diversity of Scotland’s styles and flavors, as well as the angel's share specific to each region. Bottled at 48% with no added coloring and non-chill filtered, they appeal to both novices and connoisseurs alike.

Nose : Smoky and fresh, with notes of sweet peat, vanilla and lemon. There is also a slight hint of the sea.
Palate : Round and lively at the same time, marked by smoke, vanilla and toasted wood. Lemon and spice flavours bring freshness.
