It opens with a tropical fruit salad, accompanied by honey brioche and a teasing hint of soft cheese rind. Coconut cream and apricot mingle with barley sugar and a refreshing trace of mint, all wrapped up in a sumptuous, waxy texture. A light undercurrent of toasted oak and lemon cream carries through to the finish, featuring echoes of candied ginger and a distant floral touch.
