BIMBER Kumquat Gin

The Bimber distillery was founded with a desire and passion to produce spirits of character and high quality.
This meticulousness is reflected in every step of the creation process: from the grains grown locally in England and slowly fermented in handmade wooden washbacks to the cooperage, to the small copper stills heated by direct fire in order to obtain pure and racy spirits. Then, finally, to the manual, precise and rigorous selection of very aromatic and tasty botanicals that are steam-infused.
The resulting spirits are unparalleled, perfectly balanced, surprisingly fresh and without any compromise on quality.
Bimber's Kumquat Gin is made from eight botanicals, including kumquat, which make for a lively and deliciously refreshing gin. Native to China, the kumquat is a relatively uncommon citrus fruit that grows slowly and produces large, delicately flavored fruits. Handcrafted in London at the distillery, this rather traditional gin with its juniper/citrus base is absolutely bursting in the mouth. The sorbet notes of lemon, grapefruit and orange are subtly refreshing and nicely complemented by a rather herbal profile (angelica, coriander, juniper).

Wonderfully versatile, this gin can be enjoyed as a simple gin&tonic or served on the rocks with a splash of soda water or ginger ale. It can also make an excellent dry martini with the vermouth of your choice.
