PROFILE: This rhum agricole features a herbaceous and dry profile, highlighted by notes of vanilla, fresh cane and gingerbread. It is obtained by distilling pure sugarcane juice in a copper column, then again in a hybrid still, followed by a maturation of several months in oak vats.
