The Bache-Gabrielsen VSOP Triple Cask cognac is unique in that it is aged in three stages, for a minimum of four years. Used to promote good micro-oxygenation rather than to add tannins, the red barrels produce a softer cognac, rich in roundness and delicacy. Made from 100% ugni blanc, Fins Bois and Petite Champagne grapes, this cognac can be drunk neat or in cocktails to reveal all its flavours.
