    Closer to the producer

    Baccae is a distillery established since 2017 in the heart of Paris, in the 4th arrondissement, steps away from Bastille, in a former bistro transformed into a production workshop. While the original wooden counter still stands at the entrance, the backyard houses the still and aging cellar. Baccae specialises in crafting spirits that showcase
    the richness of French terroir, using exclusively organic ingredients. The core range includes a gin, a bitter, an absinthe, two eaux-de-vie, and eight liqueurs. Additionally, Baccae’s DNA is deeply rooted in bespoke creations, as they also offer tailor-made spirits.
