DAISHICHI

Daishichi Sake Brewery, founded in 1752 in Nihonmatsu, Fukushima Prefecture, has over 260 years of history. It is renowned for exclusively using the traditional Kimoto method in all of its sake production. With a philosophy centered on depth and refinement, aging potential, and artisanal craftsmanship, Daishichi has passed down its brewing legacy through ten generations. It stands today as one of Japan’s most respected and iconic sake breweries.
