Its flavor comes from a combination of distilled and macerated plants that give it a sumptuous green color. This aromatic bouquet also brings out intense and pleasant notes from angelica seeds and roots. Yet, this Absinthe retains a dominant herbal character thanks to hyssop, calamint, and wild thyme. It also carries a subtle aniseed touch, with a moderate presence of anise, fennel, and star anise. This Absinthe is crafted and distilled in exactly the same way as those made before the 1915 ban.
