On the palate, it charms with its smoothness, perfect balance between freshness and roundness, along with gentle hints of spices and vanilla. Aged in French oak barrels, it offers a warm and lingering finish. ALABAT 2007 perfectly embodies the harmony between tradition and modernity, delivering a rich and authentic tasting experience.
Nose : Round and concentrated. Notes of ripe fruits, banana, pear. This is followed by indulgent notes of gingerbread, vanilla sugar, and crème brûlée.
Appearance : Brune intense.
Palate : Powerful and balanced onset. Followed by stewed fruit notes and strong vanilla aromas.
Overall : Very good length with a lingering presence of vanilla and candied prune aromas.
