Nose : Very expressive and refined. Opens with pastry and spicy notes, followed by candied fruit (quince paste). A subtle resinous touch adds depth and elegance.
Palate : An Armagnac with character, dressed in finesse. Dried apricot and candied prune and mandarin unfold smoothly. The power is well-balanced, carried by a silky and luminous texture — like rolling out a red carpet.
