Nose : Des notes de bois fumé avec une légère pointe de bruyère. Progressivement la douceur du chêne vient remplacer les notes fumées. Cette douceur est renforcée par ses notes de pommes caramélisées.
Palate : La vivacité tourbée initiale est rapidement équilibrée par une explosion de vanille. Le palet oscille entre des notes fumées, de fruit et de caramel.
Overall : Equilibrée avec une un parfaite synergie entre la douceur des notes de chêne et les notes sèches de tourbe.
