The first_x000D_ one comes from a single column still, in the_x000D_ South-West of Normandie. It brings fruitiness,_x000D_ nervousness and freshness. The second one_x000D_ is double distilled in a Cognac-style pot still,_x000D_ in Calvados Pays d’Auge A.O.C., which brings_x000D_ more complexity, fat and more nuanced fruit,_x000D_ floral and spiced flavours._x000D_
