The Willett Family Estate 3 Year Old Small Batch bourbon is a straight rye bourbon from Kentucky that has aged in American oak barrels. It is very to close to his old brother of 4years old, considered a jewel of American terroir. It is made from 90% High Rye (74% rye, 11% corn, 15% malted barley), and 10% Low Rye (51% rye, 34% corn and 15% malted barley). It is bottled Cask Strength and without any filtration. It is of unusual depth and complexity for a bourbon.

Nose : Gourmet notes of tangy candied cherries, then notes of cinnamon, spices and a touch of wood of noble oak.

Palate : Lively and complex the palate expresses itself with elegance, between the fruity sweetness of a black cherry, the rich flavor of vanilla.

Overall : Long, rich with notes of cherries and sweet spices that linger in the mouth on a woody finish.
