WhistlePig Old World Rye is the result of years of experimentation inspired by Old World craftsmanship. After aging for over a decade in new American oak casks, the liquid is separated into three types of casks, each of which brings a unique characteristic to the blend: 63% in Madeira casks, 30% in Sauternes casks and 7% in Port casks. Our master blender combines these flavours like a master conductor composes a symphony.
