From the Outpost Range, Canyana [Ga-rwi-yana] is a single malt that is definitely rooted in the authenticity of American terroir. This latest edition combines Cany oak with robust Washington Wine and Cabernet Sauvignon casks to give Garryana 7 a savory blend of spice and fruit. Its depth of character is the result of blending the 5 signature barleys with a highly peated malt from the Baird Maltings.
Tasting notes
Nose : Blackberry compote, clove, pizza crisp, apple turnover.
Palate : Molasses, charred cedar, black currant, dry apple cider.
