VOLCAN DE MI TIERRA Blanco

Tequila Blanco Volcán de Mi Tierra is the result of a blend of Valles and Altos agave. The Valles agave is cooked in an oven, ground in a mill and fermented in a wooden vat, while the Altos agave is cooked in an autoclave, ground in a mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Once the agaves have gone through these processes, they are blended together, resulting in Volcán de mi Tierra Blanco. This tequila has a spectrum of sober, herbaceous flavours from the Valles agaves, mixed with delicate, citrus and floral notes from the Altos. Blanco can be enjoyed mixed in a cocktail or served neat.
