Nose : Peaty and intense. The nose oscillates between enticing green, earthy peat and notes of cider apple, fig and candied apricot. Gradually, sweet spices are added, bringing even greater complexity.

Palate : Malty and vegetal. Surprisingly smooth on the palate, the peat is more mellow than on the nose, expressing lightly smoky flavors. Notes of pine, eucalyptus and coriander offer surprising freshness, counterbalanced by a touch of almond.

Overall : Long and refined. Notes of cooked fruit and sweet spices prolong the freshness and balance on the palate.
